Yes, all active employees of active SimpleHR clients may download and print their W-2 Form using Employee Self Service after the W-2 Forms have been completed and mailed. Notice will be sent to your worksite employer when this option has been enabled.
Previous employees including those that are actively working for clients who no longer use SimpleHR for processing can contact the W-2 Hotline via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 1-800-668-9946 for online access to download and print W-2 Forms.

Yes, beginning with the 2019 tax year you may use the TurboTax auto fill option by entering the EIN on your W-2 Form when it has been received.
To access Employee Self Service, click the Login option on the top right side of the SimpleHR.com website and then choose Employee Self Service. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link to reset your password. New users may setup their ESS account by clicking the Registration link on the login screen.
