Payroll Coordinator
SimpleHR - Destin, FL SimpleHR is growing and expanding our Payroll Department by hiring another Payroll Coordinator!

Job Summary:

Accurately maintains and prepares various Client company payrolls on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis. Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions and processing terminations. Duties include checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards. Although duties normally follow established procedures, responsibilities may include routine, minor corrections to make documents acceptable for processing. Responsible for answering Client and employee questions and troubleshooting issues. Works under close supervision.

I.T. Support & Implementation Technician
SimpleHR - Destin, FL SimpleHR is expanding our Information Technology Department by hiring an I.T. Implementation and Support Technician. The best candidate will have experience providing technical training and support as part of a software implementation team.

Job Summary:

Provides end user support and training including Help Desk assistance, classroom, one-on-one and webinar training. Participates in implementations of SimpleHR Software systems for client use. Provides technical assistance and desktop support to internal corporate staff and client users for computer systems according to departmental direction and corporate policy. Repairs, installs and maintains corporate computers, peripherals and office equipment. Assists Director of Information Technology with department projects and network needs according to corporate objectives.
